We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use cookies to build a marketing profile of you.
Analytics and your choice
Analytics cookies are not strictly necessary. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, non-essential cookies require your consent. When you first arrive we ask you to accept or reject them, and nothing is stored on your device until you choose. Rejecting is a single click, exactly like accepting.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page. Choosing reject there stops any further analytics cookies being set; you can clear ones already stored using your browser's cookie controls. You can also block analytics independently of our prompt, by using your browser's cookie controls, by enabling a do not track setting, which Clicky honours, by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by using an extension that blocks analytics scripts. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use the site or to request a letter.
Managing cookies in your browser
Every major browser lets you see which cookies are stored and delete them, block cookies from particular sites, or block all cookies. The controls sit under privacy or security settings. Blocking all cookies may stop some websites from working correctly.
